We offer free shipping to anywhere in the U.S, and $18 for international orders. Please note, International orders may be subject to duties and taxes incurred by the importing country and it is up to the customer to pay these charges. Should the customer refuse, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded less the cost of shipping. To learn more about your country's taxation rates please contact your local customs office.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Please allow one business day to process orders. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is fulfilled.
For Orders shipped to North & South America, we ship via USPS Priority Mail and Express Service.
USPS Priority: 1-2 days within the United States. Most orders within the US arrive within 3 days of date of purchase (weekends and holidays excluded).
USPS Express: 1 day within the United States. Orders arrive within 2 days of date of purcahse. We will do everything we can to process your order same-day for next day delivery.
USPS Express International: 3-5 days on average. We use this service for all orders outside the United States (within the Americas)
For Orders shipped to Europe, Australia and Beyond, we ship via DHL and FedEx Express.
USPS First Class International: 3-6 days within the EU. 7-21 days outside the EU (Australia, New Zealand, Asia). Basic tracking services, most economical rate. Not fast.
FedEx International Priority: 1-3 days within the EU. 3-6 days outside the EU (Australia, New Zealand, Asia). Fully tracked door to door, fastest possible transit times.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Femme Velo products you can return them for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. The products must be unused, be received saleable condiion, returned in their original packing, and comply with Femme Velo's return policy. To return items use the return shipping label provided with your order, package and drop off to your local post. We'll take care of the rest. Please note that gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps in the section ‘RETURNING ITEMS". Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, i.e., different size or color of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the ball rolling on your exchange. Exchanges are offered for like-to-like goods. If you wish to exchange an item for something of a different price please treat it as a return.
femme/VELO is committed to the highest standards of excellency and stands behind the quality of its products, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Goods that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty. Returned goods that have been worn should be laundered before return.
We are unable to issue return labels for international shipments. You can still return unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging to:
